Returns & Refunds 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions: 1) Items must be returned within 7 days of purchases.

2) Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. 

3) Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned.

 

Refund Process 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. 2) Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

 

Exchanges 

If you need a different size and color, please return the original item and place a new order. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@sophialee.com.cn  within 7 days for assistance.

 

Final Sale Items
